High Springs, Florida – January 3, 2020
A Florida man assaulted an officer and bit the ear of a K-9 dog while naked and high on methamphetamines. Donald Watts, 38, was arrested for multiple charges including simple battery, two counts of resisting an officer and one count of aggravated battery on a service dog.
