An Ethiopian soldier gunned down a 32-year-old businessman because his phone went off during a public meeting.
Ariti Shununde, 32, was killed during operations to suppress an armed group, the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA).
During the meeting, cell phones were collected from the attendees. When one of the collected phones rang, a soldier asked who the owner of the phone was. Ariti answered and was shot by the soldier.
